1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 2jl33 ("2jl33," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at 2jl33.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By accessing the 2jl33 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any service provided by 2jl33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 2jl33, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active 2jl33 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 2jl33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or active bonuses, and, where evidence of fraud exists, retain any deposited funds pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTP) with any third party. 2jl33 will never ask for your full password through any channel including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your 2jl33 account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 2jl33 support immediately.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4 Deposits & Payments

2jl33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed and maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). 2jl33 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits are typically credited to your 2jl33 wallet instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment method selected. 2jl33 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

2jl33 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and will be displayed in your account wallet section. Deposits made to your 2jl33 account are non-refundable once credited to your gaming wallet, except where required by applicable law or regulation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your 2jl33 account dashboard. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

5.1 Processing Times

2jl33 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three (1–3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal;

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds credited to your 2jl33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire upon the conclusion of that period.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"), or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose — is prohibited. 2jl33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses

2jl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is discontinued, players who have already claimed the bonus will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete applicable wagering requirements, subject to 2jl33's discretion.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 2jl33 platform — including JILI slots, live dealer games, bingo, arcade titles, and sports wagering — are governed by individual game rules that are made available to players within the game interface or support documentation. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 2jl33 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of 2jl33 or the respective rights holder.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2jl33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2jl33 platform, including but not limited to:

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination & Suspension

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and standard processing times.

2jl33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where:

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 2jl33, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily through direct communication with our customer service team, which is available 24/7 via live chat and email.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

2jl33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2jl33 will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory mandate.

Your continued use of the 2jl33 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
